The setting of "Little Nikki" is Hell and New York City. Nikki is the son of Satan, the ruler of hell, and lives in hell with his two brothers, Adrian and Cathars. The movie revolves mostly around what happens in hell and the happening in New York City.
Satan has ruled Hell for 10,000 years and now the time to retire is approaching. One has to decide to inherit the throne to which of Satan's three sons, the eldest son, Adrian, and the second son, Cathy Us, each of whom claim to be fit. Satan, however, decides to continue the throne because he believes that all three of his sons, including Nikki, are not ready yet.
Angered by this decision, Adrian and Cassius escape from hell, make their way to New York, and freeze the gates of hell. This closes the gates of hell and begins to weaken Satan's power. Satan entrusts Nikki with the task of finding his two older brothers and bringing them to hell, and Nikki travels to New York with a small bottle of hell.
Nikki finds his brothers in New York despite hardships, but life on earth is unfamiliar to him, who has only lived in hell. Nikki meets new friends in New York and falls in love with a woman named Valerie. His brothers never intend to return to hell causing chaos in the human world.
Despite difficulties, Nikki tries to persuade the older brothers, and eventually fights against them, striving to protect Satan's throne. After his efforts, he sends the older brothers back to hell and saves Satan's place. In the process, Nikki realizes his identity and the meaning of his family anew.
